Whitireia 与 WelTec（惠特瑞亚与惠灵顿理工学院）是新西兰大惠灵顿地区的公立理工学院联合体，主校区分别为波里鲁阿（Porirua）的 Whitireia 校区（毛利语名 Te Kura Matatini o Whitireia）与佩托恩（Petone，下哈特）的 WelTec 校区（毛利语名 Te Whare Wānanga o te Awakairangi）。两校官网与法人已统一为 whitireiaweltec.ac.nz。
官网《International Prospectus》称，两校合计拥有逾百年职业教育办学历史，每年培训逾 8,000 名学生，课程覆盖证书、文凭、学士学位与研究生层次。面向国际学生开放的主要学科包括商科、信息技术、工程与建造、护理与健康、创意与影视制作、美容理疗与英语语言。

入学要求
- 学历门槛（证书与文凭）：一般要求 NCEA Level 2 或同等学历；部分文凭要求更高，例如 New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) 要求 NCEA Level 2 且四门科目共 48 个 Level 2 学分（其中数学至少 12 学分）；New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5) 要求 NCEA Level 2 或同等资格／工作经验。
- 学历门槛（学士学位）：须具备大学入学（University Entrance）或同等学历。以 Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) 为例，要求 NCEA Level 3 且三门科目各 14 学分——物理 14 学分、微积分 14 学分，外加一门认可科目 14 学分；文学要求 Level 2 及以上 10 学分（阅读 5、写作 5），数学要求 Level 1 及以上 10 学分。Bachelor of Information Technology 要求 NCEA Level 3 且 3 门科目各至少 14 学分。

院校申请
- 在 https://www.whitireiaweltec.ac.nz/international-students/ 浏览面向国际学生的课程，确认授课校区（Petone 或 Porirua）与开学日期。
- 通过国际招生页面在线申请（How to apply），或填写国际申请表并连同核证文件发送至 international-admissions@wandw.ac.nz。
- 准备文件：护照或身份证明、既往学历成绩单与毕业证书、英语能力证明（IELTS／PTE／TOEFL 等）；健康与社会服务类课程另需补充申请表与推荐人报告。
- 收到 Offer of Place，其中列明学费、国际管理费、材料费、账户费、学习服务费与保险费的全部金额（Offer 是对整个学习期间具有约束力的约定）。
- 在开课前全额缴清 Offer of Place 所列费用，否则注册不成立且不得上课。可电汇（仅接受电汇，不接受银行汇票）或信用卡支付，信用卡加收 2.5% 手续费；缴费后 10 个工作日内出具收据。
