东部理工学院（Eastern Institute of Technology，简称 EIT）是新西兰北岛东部的公立理工学院，主校区位于霍克斯湾内皮尔（Napier）的 Taradale，另有吉斯伯恩（Gisborne）Tairāwhiti 校区与奥克兰市中心校区，并在 Hastings、Maraenui、Ruatōria、Waipukurau、Wairoa 设有区域学习中心。学院提供的资格证书覆盖证书、文凭、学士学位与研究生层次。
EIT 的历史可追溯至 1975 年成立的 Hawke’s Bay Community College，1987 年更名为 Hawke’s Bay Polytechnic，1996 年起使用现名 Eastern Institute of Technology，2011 年与 Tairāwhiti 合并。学院同时使用毛利语名称 Te Aho a Māui（EIT 官方 Corporate Information 页面列为 trading name）。
EIT 官方在 2026 年的新闻中披露了 2025 年度的在校生规模，但两处报道数字不一致（11,038 与 13,474），本站不采用冲突数值。可确认的是：2025 年 7 级（学位级）课程占全部注册人数的 26%，国际学生约 1,000 人、来自 38 个国家，约占在校学生的 16%（EIT 官方新闻，2026 年 3 月）。
自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，EIT 依 2025 年底通过的《教育及培训法》修订条文，重新成为独立法定机构（Crown Entity），不再隶属 Te Pūkenga／新西兰技能与技术学院（NZIST）（EIT 官方 Corporate Information 页面）。
1975 年以 Hawke’s Bay Community College 创立，1987 年更名 Hawke’s Bay Polytechnic，1996 年起使用现名；2011 年与 Tairāwhiti 合并

Admission Requirements
入学要求
- 学历门槛（文凭／证书）：一般要求 NCEA Level 2，或完成内容相符的衔接／预科课程；20 岁以上无正式学历者可依 Special Admission 申请。
- 学历门槛（学士学位）：须达到相当于新西兰大学入学（NZ University Entrance，NCEA Level 3）的标准，并具备足够的数学与英语学分，例如 Bachelor of Computing Systems、Bachelor of Business Studies 均要求 degree standard entry；未达标的申请者可获 provisional entry，或先读 NZ Certificate in Information Technology (Level 4)／New Zealand Diploma in Business 等衔接课程。
- 学历门槛（研究生）：Master of Applied Management（180 学分）要求相关本科学位且最后一年平均达 B- 以上；240 学分版本接受本科学位或学士后文凭，亦考虑其他研究生学历与行业经验；Postgraduate Diploma / Certificate in Applied Management 要求商科或管理相关本科学位。
- 英语要求（文凭与学士）：IELTS (Academic) 6.0，各单项不低于 5.5；或 PTE (Academic) 50，各单项不低于 42；或 NZCEL Level 4（Academic endorsement）——以 Bachelor of Computing Systems、Bachelor of Business Studies 官方页面为准，成绩须为两年内取得。
- 英语要求（护理本科 Bachelor of Nursing）：IELTS (Academic) 6.5，各单项不低于 6.5，须为单次考试且成绩在一年内；或 PTE (Academic) 58，各单项不低于 58，同样须单次考试、一年内；亦接受 NZQA 认可的国际同等成绩。
- 英语要求（研究生课程）：IELTS (Academic) 6.5，各单项不低于 6.0；或 PTE (Academic) 58，各单项不低于 50，成绩须在两年内。
- 护理本科的特殊要求：须提供两封可证明品行与声誉的推荐信，并完成健康声明（health declaration）；面试可能为录取环节之一。入学后须提交血清学检测与免疫接种证明，如需补种疫苗，费用由学生承担。
- 学习模式提示：部分研究生课程提供线上就读选项，但线上课程要求学生身处新西兰境外；如需到新西兰在岸就读，须满足新西兰移民局的学生签证要求。
- 英语要求（教育类 / 急救类特定课程）：Bachelor of Teaching（幼儿教育）等教育类课程一般要求 IELTS 7.0（各单项 7.0）；Bachelor of Health Science（Paramedic）等急救 / 健康类课程一般要求 IELTS 6.5（各单项 6.5）。以上为新西兰行业准入通用门槛，具体分数以各课程页为准。

How to Apply
院校申请
- 在 https://www.eit.ac.nz/apply-online-international/ 填写并签署国际学生申请表，注明拟就读的课程。
- 附上经核证的出生证明或护照副本作为身份证明，并提交全部支持文件（学历成绩单与证书、英语语言成绩、推荐信等；护理课程另需品行推荐信与健康声明）。
- EIT 评估申请，通常在 3 至 5 个工作日内告知结果。
- 收到 Offer of Place（含学费与其他应付费用明细）后缴付学费；缴费后 EIT 会出具收据。
- 凭收据通过 www.immigration.govt.nz 在线申请学生签证，建议在预计开课日期前至少 12 周提交签证申请。
- 签证获批后安排机票与住宿，并填写 EIT 国际学生支持官发送的抵达信息表。
- 线上就读模式：收到录取通知后按招生团队指示完成注册表、选课与缴费，国际学生支持官会在开课前联系并说明迎新安排。
